Erica is a New Orleans native, and she combines a deep understanding of vision care with a rich background in retail management including 10 years with Anthropologie. Having honed skills in both customer service and optical solutions, Erica excels in providing personalized care while ensuring a smooth and efficient retail experience. Passionate about blending technical knowledge with exceptional service, Erica is dedicated to helping clients see clearly and look stylish.

​​​​​Sophie is an Ophthalmic Technician with a passion for healthcare and helping others. Originally from Bucktown and a Chapelle High School valedictorian, she is now studying Biology Pre-Medicine at Loyola University New Orleans, with plans to go to medical school. With experience in urgent care, Sophie brings both medical knowledge and a friendly, patient-centered approach to every appointment. She loves combining hands-on work with science to help people see and feel their best.
